Shure Medium Room with Windows - Installation Included
The Shure Medium Room with Windows is a certified Microsoft Teams Room solution designed for medium-sized meeting spaces with up to 9 participants. Built on the Windows platform, this solution features dual front displays, a below-display camera, a Shure tabletop touch controller, ceiling-mounted audio array, and a dedicated Windows UC compute system with an integrated network switch. USB-C connectivity provides simple content sharing, while the standard Microsoft Teams Rooms interface delivers a familiar meeting experience. ShureCloud device management is required for system monitoring and administration, with AVI-SPL available to assist with activation and setup.

Dual Front Displays – Two wall-mounted flat panels serve as the primary presentation and video conferencing displays for improved visibility in medium-sized meeting spaces.
Table USB-C Connectivity – USB-C connection at the table supports content sharing and connects directly to the touch panel with appropriately sized cables provided.
Shure Touch Panel – Tabletop Shure touch controller provides the primary user interface and connects to the UC compute system, supporting installation distances up to 262 ft (80 m).
Below-Display Camera – Center-mounted camera installed beneath the displays provides primary room video capture for conferencing.
Ceiling Audio Array – Combined ceiling microphone and speaker array installed in a 2×2 ceiling grid provides full-room audio coverage with clear voice pickup and sound reproduction.
Behind-Display UC Compute & Network Switch – Windows-based UC compute and compact network switch are installed behind the displays and require a network connection at that location to support the Microsoft Teams Rooms system.
ShureCloud Device Management – Cloud-based management platform provides device monitoring and administration. Customer activation is required, with AVI-SPL available to assist.
