The Neat Medium Room with Android is a certified Unified Communications (UCC) solution designed for medium meeting rooms with up to 9 participants. Built on the Android platform, this solution features dual front displays, an Android-based collaboration bar, a Neat Pad touch controller, and a center-of-table camera to deliver an immersive meeting experience. Native Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms support provides intuitive room controls, while optional BYOM/BYOD connectivity enables seamless content sharing and laptop-based meetings.

- Android Conference Bar – Mounted below the displays, the conference bar features an integrated camera, microphone array, speakers, and Android UC compute for an all-in-one conferencing experience.
- Neat Pad Touch Controller – PoE+ powered tabletop touch controller provides intuitive meeting controls and runs the Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms interface.
- Center-of-Table Camera – Enhances participant framing and room coverage. Requires either PoE or a local network and power connection at the camera location.
- Networked UC System – Supports communication between the Android conference bar and the optional PoE-powered room scheduling panel.
- External Room Scheduler (Optional) – PoE-powered scheduling panel installed outside the meeting room for room availability and calendar management.
