H.264 / H.265 AV over IP 1080p decoder with video wall support
The DigitalinxIP 2200 Series AV/IP Decoder is a high-performance HDMI over IP decoding solution designedfor scalable video distribution and video wall applications over standard 1 Gigabit Ethernet networks.Using efficient H.264 and H.265 compression, the decoder delivers high-quality 1080p video and audiowith data rates up to 30 Mbps, making it well suited for both enterprise and commercial AV deployments.
Supporting resolutions up to 1080p at 60 Hz, the 2200 Series decoder features an integrated auto-scalerthat ensures optimal image quality across a wide range of display resolutions. Video overlay supportadds flexibility for digital signage and information display applications, allowing layered contentto be presented clearly and consistently.
Audio handling is equally flexible. An analog audio output port allows audio to be de-embedded from theHDMI signal for connection to external sound systems, while the audio continues to be streamed alongsidethe HDMI video content to the display. This makes the decoder ideal for environments where separate audiodistribution is required.
The decoder also supports advanced video wall configurations, enabling multiple displays to be combinedinto a single, unified visual canvas. For control and integration, RS-232 support allows the device tooperate and manage third-party equipment directly from the AV over IP system.
Designed for easy deployment, the DigitalinxIP 2200 Series AV/IP Decoder supports Power over Ethernet(PoE), reducing the need for local power supplies and simplifying installation. It is backwardcompatible with all DigitalinxIP 2100 series products for standard video distribution applications, allowing existing systems to be expanded or upgraded. For video wall installations, consistency ismaintained by ensuring all endpoints are either 2100 or 2200 series devices.
