The DM-NVX-370 is a high-performance DM NVX® AV-over-IP encoder/decoder designed to deliver secure, visually lossless 4K video distribution across standard Gigabit Ethernet networks. Configurable as either a transmitter or receiver, this versatile endpoint supports enterprise-wide AV distribution, digital signage, classrooms, conference rooms, and campus-wide content delivery applications.
Featuring a built-in 2x1 HDMI® and USB-C® input switcher, advanced video processing, AES67 audio networking, USB extension, and optional fiber connectivity, the DM-NVX-370 provides a scalable AV-over-IP solution with exceptional image quality, flexibility, and reliability.
DM NVX System on Chip Architecture
Powered by the purpose-built DM NVX System on Chip (SoC), the DM-NVX-370 delivers efficient performance in a compact form factor. The dedicated SoC architecture improves heat dissipation while maintaining seamless interoperability with the entire DM NVX ecosystem and preserving the renowned Pixel Perfect Processing technology.
HDMI and USB-C 2x1 Input Switching
The DM-NVX-370 features one HDMI® input and one USB-C® input that operate as a built-in 2x1 switcher. Sources can be selected automatically through autoswitching, manually through the web interface, or via an integrated control system.
The USB-C® connection supports DisplayPort™ Alt Mode video, bidirectional USB 2.0 communication, and up to 100W USB Power Delivery for compatible connected devices when paired with the optional external power supply. This makes the DM-NVX-370 ideal for BYOD collaboration and modern meeting room environments.
eARC Audio Integration
Enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC) support enables audio from connected displays to be transmitted over the network as a multichannel audio-over-IP stream. This allows smart TV applications and other local display audio sources to become part of a distributed audio ecosystem while reducing cabling requirements.
The HDMI input also supports eARC audio return functionality, enabling content from AoIP streams to be delivered to connected AV receivers and compatible audio systems.

Line-synchronized outputs ensure content remains perfectly synchronized across multiple displays, making the DM-NVX-370 ideal for video wall and digital signage deployments. Variable Multicast TTL support allows AV streams to traverse multiple network routers when required.
Pixel Perfect Processing Technology
Pixel Perfect Processing technology maintains source image integrity across the network while delivering end-to-end latency of less than one frame. The result is visually lossless transport of high-resolution content over standard 1 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure.

The DM-NVX-370 incorporates robust security measures engineered to satisfy modern IT requirements. Supported technologies include 802.1X authentication, Active Directory® integration, AES-128 content encryption, PKI authentication, TLS, SSH, and HTTPS protocols.
Encoder and Decoder Flexibility
The DM-NVX-370 can function as either a network AV encoder or decoder. In encoder mode, source content can be distributed to one or many receivers across the network. In decoder mode, the unit receives network streams and outputs content to local displays while enabling rapid switching between multiple sources.
Operating modes can be changed dynamically through the web interface, a control system, or the built-in setup controls, providing maximum deployment flexibility.
Integrated 4K Scaler
A built-in HDMI scaler automatically matches source content to the native resolution of the connected display, ensuring the best possible viewing experience and simplified system integration.
Video Wall Processing
The DM-NVX-370 supports video wall deployments consisting of up to 64 displays in an 8-by-8 configuration. Each endpoint offers adjustable zoom and bezel compensation capabilities for flexible installation and precise image alignment.
Professional Audio Distribution
Support for lossless 7.1 surround sound formats includes Dolby® TrueHD, Dolby Atmos®, DTS-HD®, DTS:X®, and uncompressed PCM audio. In decoder mode, both multichannel and stereo downmix streams can be received, allowing audio to be routed appropriately for connected systems.
Native AES67 integration enables audio embedding and de-embedding while providing interoperability with Crestron DM NAX® and other AES67-compatible audio platforms. An integrated analog audio port can be configured as either an input or an output for additional flexibility.
Copper and Fiber Network Connectivity
The DM-NVX-370 includes dual RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports and an SFP fiber port, allowing deployment across a wide variety of network infrastructures. The ports can also support daisy-chain configurations for video wall and multi-display applications.
USB and KVM Extension
USB 2.0 and KVM routing capabilities enable remote access to computers and connected peripherals across the network. USB devices such as keyboards, mice, and touchscreen interfaces can be routed alongside or independently of AV content.
Layer 3 USB transport support extends USB connectivity across VLANs in point-to-point DM NVX applications, providing enhanced deployment flexibility for enterprise environments.
Centralized Management
The DM-NVX-370 can be managed through its built-in web interface, integrated with Crestron control systems, or centrally administered using DM NVX Director® virtual switching appliances. Large-scale deployments benefit from simplified routing, configuration, monitoring, and operational management.

Flexible Installation
