The DM-NVX-371 is a high-performance DM NVX® AV-over-IP encoder/decoder engineered to deliver secure, visually lossless 4K60 4:4:4 video distribution across standard Gigabit Ethernet networks. Designed for enterprise, education, government, and large-scale AV deployments, the DM-NVX-371 combines advanced video transport, USB-C® connectivity, audio-over-IP capabilities, and enterprise-grade security in a compact, installation-friendly form factor.
Whether deployed as a transmitter or receiver, the DM-NVX-371 provides exceptional flexibility for conference rooms, classrooms, digital signage networks, control rooms, and campus-wide content distribution systems, delivering ultra-low latency performance and centralized management capabilities.
Equipped with a built-in 2x1 switcher featuring one HDMI® input and one USB-C® input, the DM-NVX-371 simplifies source connectivity for laptops, presentation systems, videoconferencing codecs, and media devices. Automatic source switching, web-based configuration, and control system integration provide a seamless user experience in collaborative environments.
The USB-C® input supports DisplayPort™ Alt Mode video, bidirectional USB 2.0 communication, and up to 100W USB Power Delivery when used with the optional compatible power supply, enabling single-cable connectivity for modern laptops.
Powered by the dedicated DM NVX® System on Chip (SoC), the DM-NVX-371 delivers exceptional AV-over-IP performance while reducing power consumption and improving thermal efficiency. The purpose-built architecture maintains full interoperability with all DM NVX endpoints while preserving Crestron's renowned Pixel Perfect Processing™ technology.
Transport visually lossless 4K60 4:4:4 content across standard 1 Gigabit Ethernet infrastructure with imperceptible latency. The DM-NVX-371 is ideal for multimedia presentations, videoconferencing, digital signage, live video feeds, and interactive applications where real-time responsiveness is essential.
Line-synchronized outputs ensure perfectly synchronized content across multiple displays, while Variable Multicast TTL support allows streams to traverse multiple network routers for maximum deployment flexibility.
Crestron's Pixel Perfect Processing technology preserves the integrity of the source signal while delivering end-to-end latency of less than one frame. The result is exceptional image quality and smooth performance across enterprise AV networks.
Enhanced Audio Return Channel (eARC) support allows audio from connected displays to be extracted and distributed over the network as a multichannel audio-over-IP stream. This enables content from smart TV applications and display-based sources to become part of a larger distributed audio ecosystem.
eARC functionality on the HDMI connection also supports integration with AV receivers and networked audio systems, simplifying cabling requirements while expanding audio distribution capabilities.
The DM-NVX-371 can operate as either a network AV encoder or decoder. As an encoder, source content can be distributed to multiple destinations across the network. As a decoder, the unit receives AV streams and enables quick switching between multiple sources for dynamic content routing.
Operating modes can be changed in less than a minute through the web interface, control system, or built-in setup controls, providing exceptional deployment versatility.
A built-in 4K scaler automatically adjusts source content to match the native resolution of connected displays, ensuring optimal image quality and simplified display integration.
Support for video wall configurations up to 64 displays allows the DM-NVX-371 to meet the demands of advanced visualization environments. Adjustable zoom controls and bezel compensation ensure accurate image presentation across large display arrays.
The DM-NVX-371 supports lossless 7.1 surround sound formats including Dolby® TrueHD, Dolby Atmos®, DTS-HD®, DTS:X®, and uncompressed PCM audio. Integrated downmixing capabilities automatically convert multichannel audio to stereo for local audio systems while preserving surround audio streams across the network.
Native AES67 integration enables audio embedding and de-embedding, providing seamless interoperability with Crestron DM
