Description

The AC-MXNET-1G-DANTE-DV2 is an Evolution II MXnet decoder that integrates Dante audio pass-through and break-out capabilities, enabling seamless distribution of Dante streams to DSPs, amplifiers, and Dante-enabled speakers. Ideal for AV systems that deploy Dante on a dedicated network, the EV2 decoder simplifies cabling and allows long-distance routing through MXnet’s AVoIP backbone.

This decoder can receive Dante-encoded streams from AC-MXNET-1G-DANTE-EV2 encoders and function as an audio break-out bridge at any endpoint. Designed with AVPro Edge’s efficient, fanless architecture, the unit incorporates Dante support directly into the system chipset—reducing heat, conserving energy, and providing long-term reliability.

Benefits

  • Proprietary JPEG-based CODEC: Evolution II’s optimized compression maintains high detail and supports Genlock for tear-free video walls.
  • Native 4K/60 Support: Handles 4K/60 4:4:4 RGB/YCbCr at 10- or 12-bit with visually lossless performance, preserving Dolby Vision and HDR10+ metadata.
  • High Bitrate Audio: Supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for IMAX Enhanced environments.
  • USB/KVM: Route webcams, keyboards, mice, and USB hubs back to encoder hosts for IP‑based KVM workflows.
  • Light Control: Disable all LEDs and OLED indicators for discreet installations; flash indicators during troubleshooting.
