Specifications
The ATND8677a microphone desk stand brings Audio‑Technica’s Dante networking innovation to tabletop applications, allowing audio and control data to be transmitted together over standard Ethernet. Designed for conferencing, distance learning, and high‑quality sound reinforcement, it enables seamless integration into modern networked AV systems.
Equipped with the same Dante user‑switch capabilities as the ATND971a boundary microphone, the ATND8677a allows direct control of Dante‑enabled devices at the push of a button. A simple Ethernet connection eliminates the need for expensive audio cabling or soldering, reducing installation time and complexity.
The sturdy, heavy‑duty metal base features a 3‑pin XLRF‑type input for quick mounting of phantom‑powered condenser gooseneck microphones and a Dante network output for direct Ethernet connectivity.
The touch‑sensitive capacitive user switch includes an integrated Red/Green LED status indicator and supports both Local and Remote operation modes.
The ATND8677a supports plug‑and‑play operation with AES67 networks, including Livewire, RAVENNA, and Q‑LAN AoIP technologies. Enhanced Dante Domain Manager functionality adds role‑based security, cross‑subnet routing, SNMP alerts, and other advanced network management features.
