Omega Series 4K Wallplate Switcher Transmitter USB-C HDMI
Key Features:
- 2x1 HDBaseT transmitter featuring local HDMI and USB-C inputs with automatic switching
- USB-C input supports AV transmission, data connectivity, and device charging
- Transmits 4K UHD video, audio, USB data, and control up to 330 feet over Cat6a cabling
- Powered remotely via Power over Ethernet (PoE) from compatible HDBaseT receivers or switchers
Multi-Format AV and USB-C Integration
Engineered for modern huddle rooms and classrooms, this wallplate transmitter allows users to quickly connect laptops via HDMI or USB-C. The USB-C port simplifies user experience by carrying video, USB peripheral data, and device power over a single cable connection.
Integrated USB Extension for Conferencing
Designed for soft-codec conferencing systems like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, the unit interfaces host laptops with display-side cameras and microphones. Integrated USB 2.0 extension over HDBaseT eliminates the need for standalone USB extenders across the room.
Architectural Deployment and Remote Power
Featuring a standard two-gang US wallplate form factor, this transmitter integrates neatly into walls, floor boxes, or lecterns. PoE support eliminates local power supply requirements at the wallplate, reducing installation time and cable clutter.
